individuals.
He
is
a
member
of
the

Board
of
Directors
and
Tax
Committee.
He
is
a
past
President
of
the
Alabama
Federal
Tax
Clinic,
Inc.,
one
of
the
oldest
in
the
country,
and
has
served
on
numerous
committees
of
the
Alabama
Society
of
CPAs.
He
has
served
on
many
charitable
and
religious
boards.
He
is
a
graduate
of
the
University
of
Alabama
with
both
a
Bachelor
of
Science
degree
in
accounting,
and
a
Master
of
Business
Administration.
He
is
a
member
of
the
American
Institute
of
CPAs
and
the
Alabama
Society
of
CPAs.
He
and
his
wife,
Susan,
reside
in
Gadsden,
Alabama
and
are
members
of
Congregation
Beth
Israel.
