Regina S. McDaniel, CPA

Regina S. McDaniel, CPA is an associate and shareholder with MDA Professional Group, P.C. and and has been with the firm since 1980. She has a broad background in individual corporate and estate taxation, audits of commercial banks and SEC filings. She is presently a member of the firm's Taxation and Recruiting Committees.

Before employment with MDA, Regina worked with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in the tax and small business departments. She also worked with the Internal Revenue Service as a revenue agent. Today Regina specializes in taxation with an emphasis in the corporate and estate tax areas. She is involved in individual tax planning and in valuation of closely-held businesses.

Regina is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. She is currently a member of the Federal Taxation Committee of the Alabama Society of CPAs and has been actively involved with organizing the statewide Tax Hotline. Regina is also the past chairman of the Women and Family Issues Committee of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the past chairman of the Huntsville-Decatur chapter of the Alabama Society of CPAs.

Regina graduated from Auburn University with highest honors. She is a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the Junior League of Huntsville. She and her husband Ken have one son.
