Students

Who?

At MDA, we are always on the look-out for talented accounting students and graduates to join our team. We plant the seeds at an early age by visiting local schools ranging from elementary through high school in order to educate our youth on the many aspects of the accounting profession. We also participate in on campus recruiting at local universities, focusing on those students in accounting programs who are interested in an internship with our firm.

Why?

We strive to maintain a work environment that allows each individual the opportunity to grow to their full potential. By providing hands-on experience in a variety of specialized areas, as well as mentoring in each of these areas, we are able to find a good fit that is beneficial for the staff member as well as the firm.
